Easiest Languages to Learn for Native English Speakers

- German is very easy to learn for those who already speak English. Both languages have many basic words that are pretty much the same, so the initial understanding of German will be done much easier But there’s just one problem with German, a big one regarding word combining in spoken language. This combination returns tremendously big words, because if other nouns and adjectives are all a defining characteristic of a basic first noun, all the words will be united and written as a new combined word. A good example is Hoechsgeschwindigkeitsbegrenzung, meaning limit of speed. Words are truncated until the root word is found and only then linked.
- The second language is French. French and English languages have influenced each other over the years. The many wars that were held between the two nations throughout history lead to this common exchange of cultures. The similarities are very obvious, even if French is a Latin language and English isn’t.
- The Spanish language is not very similar to English, but it is a language that is easy to learn as French and because it is an international language it offers many exposure opportunities like the net that offers rocket spanish. American English speakers can easily learn Spanish because they are exposed to it every day, and they might even have neighbors that speak it fluently and can assist them with accents and pronunciation.
